Digital products and downloadable templates may have limited refund eligibility once delivered or downloaded. If you experience a technical issue accessing the product, contact Moses for assistance before requesting a refund.
Consulting and Services
For consulting and service sessions, refund or rescheduling eligibility depends on whether work has started. If a session has not been scheduled or delivered, a full refund or reschedule is available. If work has started, partial refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
Workshops and Training
Workshop refunds depend on the timing of the request relative to the workshop date. If cancellation is requested before materials are distributed or access is granted, a refund may be available. Requests made after the workshop has started or been completed are generally not eligible.
Bundles
Bundle refunds are assessed based on the components delivered. If the digital component has been downloaded and the consultation has not yet occurred, partial refunds may be considered.
