Research
My research focuses on decision-making under uncertainty. I work with Grey System Theory, Multiple Criteria Decision-Making, Decision Support Systems, Management Science and Engineering, Operations Research, Information Systems, Human Resource Management, Agile practices, and digital transformation. Across these domains, I am interested in methods that are theoretically rigorous, computationally transparent, and practically useful for organizations, institutions, and decision-makers.
Research Areas
Grey Systems Theory
Research on uncertainty modeling, grey relational analysis, grey weighting methods, and grey multiple-criteria decision-making for complex decision environments.
Multiple Criteria Decision-Making
Development and application of MCDM methods for evaluating alternatives, prioritizing criteria, integrating expert judgment, and supporting transparent decision processes.
Decision Support Systems
Design and evaluation of decision-support approaches that combine analytical models, stakeholder input, uncertainty representation, and practical implementation.
Management Science and Engineering
Research at the intersection of systems thinking, operations research, organizational decision-making, information systems, and management engineering.
Information Systems and Human Resource Management
Application of decision models and management systems to human resource information systems, technology adoption, organizational processes, and digital transformation.
Agile, SAFe, and Digital Transformation
Professional and research interest in Agile practices, SAFe implementation, product management, service management, and technology-enabled organizational transformation.
China–Africa Technology and Business Research
Research interest in the role of Chinese technology, digital transformation, innovation, and business systems in African contexts, including Nigeria.
Grey Systems Theory Research
Moses's work in Grey Systems Theory focuses on decision-making under uncertainty, especially where information is incomplete, expert judgments vary, and decision criteria must be evaluated transparently. This research stream connects grey relational analysis, grey weighting approaches, grey MCDM extensions, and applied evaluation problems in management, technology, sustainability, and organizational systems.
- ▸ Grey uncertainty representation
- ▸ Grey relational analysis
- ▸ Grey weighting and ranking approaches
- ▸ Interval and incomplete-information decision models
- ▸ Applications in management, technology evaluation, sustainability, HRIS, and education-related decision problems
Multiple Criteria Decision-Making Methods
Moses's research in Multiple Criteria Decision-Making focuses on methods for structuring complex decisions, evaluating alternatives, prioritizing criteria, aggregating expert judgment, and improving transparency in decision processes. His work frequently connects MCDM with grey systems theory to support decisions under uncertainty.
Criteria weighting
Methods for determining the relative importance of decision criteria using expert judgment, uncertainty representation, and structured weighting logic.
Alternative ranking and evaluation
Approaches for comparing and ranking alternatives such as vendors, technologies, projects, policies, or organizational systems.
Grey MCDM extensions
Integration of grey system concepts with MCDM methods to support decision-making where information is incomplete, interval-based, or uncertain.
Expert-judgment aggregation
Approaches for combining expert assessments while preserving transparency, uncertainty, and stakeholder diversity.
Decision-support applications
Applied decision models for management, sustainability, human resource information systems, digital platforms, education, and technology adoption.
