GreyMind Data Deletion Request

GreyMind is an application and service published by MOXI and distributed through Google Play. GreyMind does not currently require or allow users to create a user account. If you have provided personal information through GreyMind — for example through an inquiry, booking request, consultation request, contact form, or similar interaction — you may request deletion of the personal information associated with that interaction.

How to Request Deletion

1. 1. Send an email to support@esangbedo.com with the subject line "GreyMind Data Deletion Request".
2. 2. Use the same email address or identifying information that you originally supplied to GreyMind, where possible.
3. 3. Clearly state that you are requesting deletion of your GreyMind data.
4. 4. Provide only the minimum information necessary for MOXI to locate the relevant records.
5. 5. MOXI may contact you if reasonable verification is required before processing the deletion request.
6. 6. After verification, applicable GreyMind personal data will be deleted, subject to the limited retention circumstances described below.

Request Data Deletion

Information That May Be Deleted

Depending on how you interacted with GreyMind, deletion may include:

• • Email address
• • Telephone number, if provided
• • Inquiry or consultation details
• • Booking or request information
• • Messages submitted to GreyMind
• • Related information voluntarily supplied by you

Information That May Be Retained

Some information may need to be retained where required for legitimate legal, regulatory, security, fraud-prevention, dispute-resolution, accounting, or compliance purposes. Where retention is required, only the information necessary for that purpose will be retained and it will no longer be used for ordinary GreyMind service or marketing purposes.

Where no legal or operational retention requirement applies, eligible data will be deleted after the request has been verified and processed. Where retention is legally required, the information will be retained only for the period required for that purpose.

Processing and Verification

MOXI will acknowledge your deletion request within a reasonable time. Where the identity of the requester or the scope of the request requires verification, MOXI may ask for reasonable confirming information before proceeding. The purpose of verification is to prevent the deletion of data belonging to a different person — not to obstruct legitimate requests.

What This Request Does Not Affect

Deleting information submitted through GreyMind does not delete information held independently by external services where you have interacted directly with those services, subject to their own privacy rules.
