Flagship Solution
GreyMind Supplier & Partner Decision Sprint
Select the most defensible supplier, distributor or business partner within 10 working days—even when the available evidence is incomplete, qualitative or conflicting.
Who Is a Good Fit for a Decision Sprint?
A GreyMind Decision Sprint is most useful when a consequential choice must be made among competing alternatives and the available evidence is incomplete, qualitative, inconsistent or disputed.
Meeting these criteria does not guarantee acceptance. Every application is reviewed individually.
When GreyMind May Not Be the Right Fit
GreyMind provides structured decision support. It does not replace regulated, licensed or legally required professional judgment.
- — Medical diagnosis or treatment decisions
- — Legal opinions or legal representation
- — Statutory audit or accounting assurance
- — Engineering certification or safety approval
- — Investment, securities or tax advice
- — Forensic investigation
- — Decisions requiring a guaranteed outcome
- — Situations where the client cannot provide adequate evidence or identify realistic alternatives
Where specialist due diligence is required, GreyMind can complement—but not replace—the appropriate qualified professional.
What You Receive
The final output is designed for action, not merely ranking. It explains which option is preferred, why it is preferred, what risks remain, what assumptions matter and what could change the recommendation.
A. Decision Framing
- Decision-definition session
- Requirements and evidence checklist
- Customised evaluation criteria
B. Evidence & Evaluation
- Evidence-reliability assessment
- Supplier or partner comparison model
- Scenario and sensitivity analysis
C. Risk & Recommendation
- Risk and red-flag register
- Executive recommendation report
- Negotiation and due-diligence checklist
D. Follow-through
- Follow-up implementation review
See What a GreyMind Recommendation Looks Like
The following is an illustrative example only—not based on a client engagement.
Illustrative example — not based on a client engagement
Selecting a Regional Distribution Partner
Alternatives: Partner A · Partner B · Partner C · Partner D
Criteria: market access, operational reliability, compliance readiness, financial capacity, strategic fit, evidence reliability
Illustrative Recommendation
Partner B is preferred because it provides the strongest balance of market access, reliability and strategic fit. However, its compliance evidence requires independent verification before contract award.
Illustrative Risk Flag
Partner C's claimed financial capacity could not be verified from submitted documents. The recommendation treats this evidence as provisional.
Illustrative Sensitivity Note
The recommendation remains stable unless financial capacity is assigned substantially greater importance than strategic fit.

How GreyMind Works
A structured process that turns complexity into clarity—without requiring a background in mathematics.
Define
Clarify the decision, stakeholders, constraints and success conditions.
Structure
Convert objectives, evidence and uncertainty into transparent evaluation criteria.
Evaluate
Compare alternatives, assess evidence reliability and test the stability of the result.
Act
Deliver a defensible recommendation, risk controls and implementation plan.
What Happens After You Apply?
The standard 10-working-day delivery period begins after the engagement is confirmed, required information is received and the agreed project start date is reached—not when the web form is submitted.
Application review
GreyMind reviews the decision, alternatives, deadline and main source of uncertainty.
Fit assessment
Moses confirms whether a Decision Sprint is appropriate and identifies any information needed for scoping.
Scoping conversation
The parties clarify objectives, stakeholders, deliverables, timeline, confidentiality and commercial terms.
Proposal and onboarding
The client receives a written scope, fee, payment schedule and engagement terms. An NDA can be arranged where appropriate.
Decision Sprint
The agreed delivery period begins after onboarding requirements have been completed.
Investment and Engagement Terms
Decision Sprint fees are determined after scoping because the level of effort depends on the number of alternatives, number of stakeholders, evidence volume, decision complexity and required deliverables.
✓ A written proposal is provided before work begins.
✓ The proposal states the scope, fee, currency, payment schedule and delivery timeline.
✓ Additional work outside the agreed scope requires written approval.
✓ Travel or third-party expenses, where applicable, are agreed in advance.
✓ Applicable taxes or payment-processing charges are stated before payment.
✓ Refund, cancellation and rescheduling rules are governed by the applicable service terms.
Founding Pilot Programme
Applications are currently open for a limited number of qualified engagements.
Service Availability
GreyMind engagements can be scoped for individuals and organisations operating across different locations. Delivery mode, meeting schedule, language, currency and any travel requirements are confirmed during the scoping process.
China–Africa professional experience is a particular strength, but GreyMind is not limited to China–Africa engagements.

Why GreyMind
Research Rigour. Industry Reality. Actionable Decisions.
Moses Olabhele Esangbedo is an Associate Professor, decision-science researcher and Editor-in-Chief of the International Journal of Grey Systems. He earned his MSc and PhD from Northwestern Polytechnical University, a National Double First-Class university selected for both Project 985 and Project 211. His work brings together grey systems theory, multi-criteria decision analysis, academic publishing and practical experience across manufacturing, petroleum, human resources, consulting and digital product development.
GreyMind was created to close the gap between sophisticated decision methods and the practical choices faced by individuals and organisations. The objective is not to produce another ranking table. It is to help clients understand why an option is preferred, how reliable the recommendation is, what could change the result and what action should follow.
Building With Clients, Not Assumptions
GreyMind is developing its first field-tested Decision Sprint engagements. Founding clients receive a structured decision process and provide feedback that helps refine the service. Case studies will be published here once the first verified engagements are completed with client consent.
Before You Share Information
The initial application form is for non-confidential scoping information only. Do not submit contracts, identity documents, supplier financial statements, unpublished research data, passwords or other sensitive records through this form. If an engagement proceeds, GreyMind will agree an appropriate method for exchanging project documents.
- ▸ A mutual NDA may be arranged before detailed information is shared.
- ▸ Access to project materials is limited to people involved in the engagement.
- ▸ Retention, deletion and permitted use of project information are addressed in the applicable engagement terms and privacy policy.
- ▸ Client information will not be used as a public case study without consent.
